I know, I’m a little late posting this Lovelies List this week! I’m exhausted from last weeks craziness at work and have been playing a game of catch up. I am so in love with this list though!
This gorgeous inexpensive ring
This beautiful photo from the 70′s. The entire series is just beyond.
This Marc by Marc Jacobs Dress
Artist Olafur Eliasson – I saw his exhibit at SFMOMA a few years ago and it was just spectacular. The installation below is actually a snapshot of the wall, when you walk into this room it affects water on the floor and that is projected on the wall. Genius!
This quadruple rainbow dress – so so pretty.
These sexy gay boys!
This Bunny Bag from Mandy Coon and Of A Kind!
This white tattoo – IN LOVE.
These Platform Shoes by Charles Anastase
These inexpensive sexy sunglasses!
This fantastical collage. I just love it and not being able to find the original source is killing me.
I hope you enjoyed this weeks list as much as I did making it!
It’s that time again where I list all my favorite things I found this past week! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
This amazing building was part of a planned resort turned ghost town in Japan. It was torn down last year but I think these photographs of it are breathtaking!
This dress will be perfect for a Bay Area summer! I’m not a fan of bare legs anyway and it gets cold here at night!
I can’t wait to get my paws on some fresh heirloom tomatoes!
I love these gold dipped crystal necklaces. So pretty.
This photo of the recent Crow Moon taken over the panethon by anthony ayiomamitis is just breathtaking!
The Divine Proportion
I totally want this pretty Raven Ring!
This photo of the abandoned Denbigh Asylum in Denbigh, North Wales is hauntingly amazing.
I want this pretty girl‘s hair. Now!
This gorgeous sunprint cake – oh my!
I am so in love with spring right now and can’t wait to wear long pretty dresses with no tights and bite into super ripe heirloom tomatoes. Sounds like perfection!
I’ve been feeling a little witchy lately, as you can probably tell from this recent Etsy Treasury I put together. I know its a trend in the fashion/blogging community and maybe I’m simply just THAT impressionable, but I really do love all of the pentagrams and witch like flowing skirts and crystal balls I keep seeing everywhere. I think its just beautiful imagery.
Here are a few things that I found inspiring and covetable this past week. I’ve been getting really into Pinterest. It’s a fantastic way for me to book mark all of the blog posts and random websites and images I fall in love with as I scour the internet. Also, I used it during fashion week to keep track of all my favorite looks – its so much easier to use than the style.com lookbooks! Most of these favorites can be found on my Pinterest page – plus so many more of my favorites!
This gorgeous lightbox photo by Daniele Buetti
This pretty leather feather necklace from Love at First Blush on Etsy.
This pretty sweater from the new vintage section at Need Supply Co. It reminds me of Rodarte for Fall/Winter!
Anything Man Ray
Pamela Love Jewelry – I am completely coveting those Pentagram Earrings!
This VPL bra – I’m in love with the elastic banding and color blocking on these.
This Julia Sherman Spinning Under the Moonlight Photo – it’s just gorgeous and reminiscent of the crow moon we had here last week.
These amazing studded leather boots!
These pretty rainbow porcupine earrings from Rejoice The Hands on Etsy.
Pendleton for Opening Ceremony!
These Vena Cava Platform Shoes – <3
And last but not least – I simply can’t do this post without adding something totally yummy and inspiring for my tummy – Meyer Lemon Pizza with Goat Cheese and Bacon! Does it get any better than that?
And there you have it!
A little list of some of my favorite things I’ve found online over the past few weeks.
This gorgeous Valentino dress is making me wish there was a wedding in my future – sort of. Wouldn’t it make a perfect unconventional wedding gown?
I’m seeing Lady Gaga at the end of the month at Oracle Arena in Oakland. I’m just a tad bit excited. But only a little.
This crochet beard is making me swoon!
This shot by the Sartorialist is perfect. I want to be this woman!
This nude Jimmy Choo patent leather luggage! So pretty – so out of my price range.
The gorgeous paintings of Takato Yamamoto.
Lou Reed & Laurie Anderson – a perfect pairing?
For some reason I am in love with this dress.
This feathered hat is calling to me – and at $44 it might just become mine!
Australian label Lover - AW11
The best vintage frames.
And last but not least, these platforms will be mine!
I definitely see myself moving more toward neutrals which is strange because I’m normally a huge fan of color. Also, I’ve begun to find myself attracted more to the colors blue and coral for the first time ever. Change is definitely in the air.
Are you finding yourself attracted to things you never thought you would be attracted to lately? It’s not just me right?
